Once we’ve addressed the logistics behind you getting the help you deserve, we’ll match you with a therapist and get your first sessions on the calendar.
Start your journey of self discovery
After your first session, your therapist will create a care plan and discuss that plan with you and make adjustments as needed. From there you can simply arrive each week however you are and your therapist will help you begin to unravel the complexities of your life.

Group therapy helps people to realize that they are not alone, it facilitates giving and receiving support. Group therapy can help people to find their voice and helps people to relate to themselves and others in healthier ways. More importantly, group therapy provides a safety net.
